Morning Yogalates Challenge

These 10 – 15 min morning classes are a fusion of yoga and Pilates to help you start your day with an ideal mix of strength, balance, flexibility and mindfulness.

These classes are accessible to all levels with no previous Pilates (or yoga) experience required. You don’t need any props, just a yoga mat and a positive attitude!

Each day of the week will have a different theme: hips & glutes, core, upper body, full body, spine & posture, lower body and deep stretch.

About your instructor Kassandra is an Ottawa-based yoga instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. She started practising yoga in 2008 as a way to become more flexible and learn to manage stress and anxiety. Little did she know that in a few short years she would have the privilege of becoming a yoga teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others who are sick of feeling less than vibrant.
