Hi yogis, it’s Day 12 of the Morning Yoga Movement challenge! This morning’s 10 minute yoga class will stretch out the whole body. We will start in a seated meditation, and get moving the arms and neck from there. Then rise up with some sun salutations and Vinyasa flows. Today’s affirmation: I am productive and prosperous
