Good morning, I’m going to take you through this simple 10 minute morning yoga sequence to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners and no props are needed.
This is a fully reclined and seated practice so there are no standing poses. We’ll go through poses like happy baby, cat/cow, head to knee and baby wild thing. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly. This is an opportunity to connect with our breath and begin the day with mindful movement and intention.
