Hey yogis, this short but effective class squeezes a little bit of everything in it! We’ll begin reclined by stretching our hip flexors and then strengthening the legs and glutes with bridge pose. We’ll then move on to some sun salutations and twists before winding back down again. Definitely have a block for this one! I hope you enjoy this 10 minute full body morning yoga class.
