Welcome to Day 14 of the Evening Yoga Movement! We are officially wrapping up the second week of this challenge and I am so proud of you for making it to this point. I know sticking with routines can be difficult but I hope you’re noticing some positive benefits from regular evening yoga.

Tonight we’re doing a 15 minute yin yoga class with poses like supported fish, butterfly side bends and sphinx. You’ll need two blocks (or some pillows/blankets) and it’s suitable for all levels.

Tonight’s affirmation: I handle my life with joy and ease

In yin yoga, poses are held for about 2-3 minutes per side. The intention is to relax our muscles and let ourselves sink into the pose. Yin yoga is also a fantastic style of yoga for flexibility. You should be ready for bed after this 15 min yin yoga evening stretch.
