Welcome to Day 12 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight we’re focusing a lot on stretching out our hips and lower back. If you’ve been standing or sitting a lot today, this class will hopefully bring you a lot of relief. We’ll begin lying down with a leg stretch and reclined pigeon before moving into poses like seated twist and cat/cow. No props are needed and it’s suitable for all experience levels.
