Hi everyone, In Part 1 of this 3 part series, I will be teaching you how to get into headstand! Before we start kicking our legs up and playing around, it’s important that we establish a solid foundation by strengthening our core. This will help us find balance and stability so that we can hold the pose once we’re upside down. In this short class I’ll guide you through some planks, dolphins and locust poses to get you warmed up and ready to go! Part 2 will show you how to do a Tripod Headstand and Part 3 will show you how to do a Supported Headstand.
