By popular demand, here’s an hour long flexibility yoga flow to stretch your hips and hamstrings. This is a creative flow that uses some transitions I used to do in dance class. Not necessarily your typical yoga class but it’s super fun and VERY effective! Do this class regularly and you will absolutely notice improvement in your flexibility. This class was filmed at OM at Cashew Hill in beautiful Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica You’ll want to have as much space as possible and have some props handy just in case you need them!
