Join guest teacher Greta Hill in this dynamic hour-long practice for presence. This is an all levels practice with options for more intermediate poses and movements. You’ll begin in a short meditation before going into some seated poses and then moving on to your standing flow. This will activate the entire body without rushing or overly exerting yourself.
This class is inspired by the teachings of Alan Watts who said that the biggest obstacle we face to fully experiencing our joy is the inability to truly live and inhabit the present moment. “Stop measuring days by degree of productivity and start experiencing them by degree of presence.”
