Overview

Thank you so much for joining me on the mat for this very special hour long yoga class! This session will be divided into 3 parts.
BODY – yoga asana to process the previous year
MIND – gayatri mantra to gain clarity
SOUL – savasana meditation to set the intention for the year ahead

I think it’s really important to take some time to look over the past 12 months and honor our journey before we contemplate the next year. I hope that by the end of this class you’ll feel grounded and clear on what your 2025 intention will be and what truly matters to you.

You won’t need any props but you might want to have a blanket close by so you can be cozy in savasana. Have pen and paper nearby as well. This flow is a bit more intermediate in level but I’ll be sure to give you options to modify.
