Open up and strengthen your shoulders and upper back with this 60 min yoga class I had a great request recently for a vinyasa flow that would focus on the shoulders, chest and upper back. This is a 60 minute class (give or take) which will be great for those of you who are tight in the upper body. If you have really tight shoulders you’ll probably want to have a strap close by! We will also be using one block.
