Hey everyone, welcome to my channel. Today I’m bringing you an energizing power yoga class to help wake you up in the morning. Activate your power center by strengthening your core, legs and shoulders while also getting a full body stretch. This is a 10 minute morning intermediate morning yoga flow. Luna and a few of my foster kittens make a special cameo appearance 😉
I would say this is best suited for intermediate students but beginners can certainly follow along and modify poses or leave things out as needed. There are no props required.
