Good morning everyone, thank you for joining me in this 10 minute all levels yoga flow. This class is designed to energize you and wake you up. We’ll begin with two different breathing techniques which are a great way to activate and get a boost of vitality before getting into our yoga poses and stretches. This class is suitable for all experience levels and doesn’t require any props.

The breathing techniques are breath of joy and a seated kriya from kundalini yoga. I’ll then take you through poses like gate pose, low lunge and seated neck circles.
