Wonderful class! But I only managed to listen to the birds, and trying to name them. There are so many birds that we do not have here where I live very often. Moreoutdoor classes!!

I do your morning yoga classes everyday. Love them!!! They give me focus and energy, slowly and gently awaken my mind and body for the day. The outdoor classes are becoming my favorites with the added element of birds singing ….and the birds singing in my yard. What fun!

Good morning! My focus today, as I head out to work, is focus. I choose to be focused in a grounded way–what makes sense to prioritize and get done. I will not overreach and spread myself too thinly. I will stay grounded and do all talks well. Thank you, Kassandra. I love starting my morning with you and this community,

What an awesome way to start the day! I grabbed my mat and went out to our patio and enjoyed the birds and nature as well! Thank you so much for this practice! 🙂

Overview

Welcome to my backyard! This morning I’ll take you through a 10 minute morning hatha yoga class themed around the element of earth. This is a grounding practice for all levels with no props required. The poses will be either reclined or seated for a grounding effect.

The element of earth relates to stability, strength and connection. We’ll work on our foundation by getting into our feet, ankles, calves and legs. A simple 10 minute beginner morning yoga class to set your intention for the day ahead.

It was windy while I was filming so apologies for the audio at times!
