This particular core sequence will focus primarily on the abdominals with a strong emphasis on the obliques. This 10 minute yoga class for core strength is great to do when you’re short on time and still want to get a workout in! Core strength is essential when trying to improve your practice, especially if you want to get into arm balances and inversions.
