Welcome to Day 19 of the Evening Yoga Movement! After a long day, it’s time to stretch and relax with this bedtime yoga flow. We’ll begin seated with some neck releases before moving down into our shoulders, chest, spine and legs. This is suitable for all levels and you won’t need any props. We’ll get into poses like butterfly, head to knee and pigeon pose.
