Welcome to Day 27 of the Evening Yoga Movement! We are really in the home stretch now… Only 3 more classes left together! Tonight’s yoga flow is meant to help you relieve sore and tense muscles. If you’ve spent a lot of time sitting at a desk today I think you will really enjoy this one. It’s suitable for all levels and no props are required. We’ll go through poses like reclined twist, cat/cow, low lunge quad stretch and seated forward fold.
