Hey yogis, before you head off to bed take 15 minutes to stretch on your mat. This gentle yoga class will help you release tension from your muscles and decompress after a long day. I’ll take you through my favorite breathing exercise to facilitate sleep which is the 4-4-4 breath. I’m using two blocks at the beginning of class but please note that it is optional! You can still do this class without props. Stretching before bed is a wonderful way to shift your mindset to rest and relaxation after a busy day. This is your opportunity to tune everything out and focus on yourself. These are simple yoga poses and a gentle sequence accessible to all levels, including beginners! Have a great night yogis 🙂
