Hi everyone, thank you for joining me. This morning’s practice is a very gentle one meant to help you start your day with ease and comfort. All you need is 15 minutes to feel great and awake! This is a full body stretch great for all experience levels with no props required. We’ll primarily focus on flexibility through a variety of seated and standing yoga poses.
Morning yoga classes are a great way to set the tone for the day. I encourage you to choose a one word intention that you can remind yourself of as the day goes on.
