Join me (and my cat Scarlet) in this 15 minute gentle yoga flow to release tension from your hips and lower body. If you’d like to increase hip and hamstring flexibility, this is the perfect sequence to do on a regular basis to meet those goals. This is also a lovely class to do when you’re feeling very sore and tight in your lower body. This is great for the legs in general, we’ll explore poses that stretch out the glutes, thighs, quads and hamstrings. No props are required and this is suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
The key to increasing flexibility is to be very consistent. A little bit of yoga everyday is better than a long practice every once in while! I hope you enjoy this gentle hip release flexibility flow.
