Good morning everyone, let’s flow together! This 15 min yoga sequence will help you deeply stretch your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine for a boost of energy in the morning. If you tend to wake up with stiff, tight, achy or sore muscles, you’ll really benefit from this class.
