Join our guest teacher Amy Stubss for this all levels pilates class with no weight bearing movements on hands and wrists. This is a full body practice that will use one block. If you don’t have a block, grab yourself a thick book. This class will start standing and then will transition into seated and reclined movements. Enjoy!
