Welcome back! Let’s connect with the energy of the heart with this special 20 minute vinyasa flow. This is an intermediate practice with a great mix of strength and flexibility. The emphasis is on backbends/heart openers as well as chest stretches and hip openers. I’m not using any props but perhaps you’d like to have a strap close by for some of the binds.
I really believe that our yoga practice has the potential to transform us from within if we’re willing to go there and be present with ourselves in this way. Take whatever you need from this practice and I hope you enjoy it!
