It’s a wonderful stretch that will help you increase flexibility and feel better in your body as you begin your day. I’ll give you some options along the way to make the poses either more beginner-friendly or slightly more advanced.

Morning yoga is a wonderful way to put yourself first and start your day with intention and mindfulness. No props are needed, just get into something comfy, unroll your mat and let’s get started!
