Hi everyone, thank you for joining me this morning. I’m excited to take you through a YOGALATES practice which means we will be combining yoga poses and Pilates exercises for a great morning class. This is a lovely way to increase strength and balance, boost energy and increase your overall flexibility.
If you’ve never tried Pilates before, this can be a fun way to give it a go and see if it might be something you’d like to do more of. This is an all levels morning practice, I really hope you enjoy it
