The element of water connects with our sacral svaddhistana chakra and relates to creativity, fluidity, deep feeling, sensuality, emotion and the subconscious. Through this water yoga class, we’ll be focusing a lot on our hips through circular movements and deep hip openers This is a class to help you go with the flow.
We’ll be doing a lot of fluid hip opening poses that help increase flexibility and it’s suitable for all experience levels with no props required. We’ll end our practice with a short meditation utilizing jala (water) mudra.
