Hey everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat. Let’s go through a 25 minute power yoga sequence best suited for intermediate students who want to work on strength, balance and flexibility. This will tone the major muscle groups and build up some internal heat.
This is a true power yoga class that will work on core strength, balancing poses, thigh and glute strength as well as spine health. Rest assured I always include some flexibility stretches in my classes so this will be well-rounded flow.
