Welcome, thank you so much for joining my in this 25 minute vinyasa flow yoga class for flexibility. This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. I like to call these “sweet releases” because these are classes that give us the space to relax, unwind, stretch out and let go. Less is more with these practices.
Most of the poses are done seated or reclined wit just a few standing poses mixed in. This isn’t a class for strength building but rather a lovely gentle practice to relieve stress and anxiety and improve full body flexibility.
No props are required so when you’re ready, just meet me on your mat and let’s flow together!
