Hi everyone, I’m so pleased to be bringing you my first ever Pilates class! I’ve recently completed my mat Pilates certification and am really excited to be adding these types of workouts to my channel in the future. Today’s class is the classical beginner Pilates mat sequence. It will take you through all of the foundational movements of Pilates for a true full body workout.

Just because a class is meant for beginners doesn’t mean it’s necessarily easy! This is definitely a big workout and you will feel it in your abs, your seat and through your overall posture. Enjoy!
