Join our guest instructor Madhura Bhagwat in this intermediate full body flow which will be done mandala-style. This means you’ll be moving around in a circular pattern on your mat, which requires a bit more coordination. It’s a great way to add some creativity to your practice and give yourself a bit of a challenge.

You can expect a good variety of standing poses in this class that will require flexibility, strength and balance. No props are required but you can certainly use blocks and a strap for more support.
