Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I’m going to take you through this 30 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. All poses will be done seated or reclined for maximum stress relief and relaxation.
This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you’re experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself while also working on your full body flexibility. You’ll also see some cameos from my dog Luna and some of my foster kittens. Enjoy!
