Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this 35 min relaxing deep stretch yoga class that will target your hips, hamstrings, quads and lower back. This is a hip opening slow flow with no standing poses, so we will either be sitting or laying down throughout the sequence with the exception of downward dog.
It is suitable for all levels but depending on your range of flexibility you may find it to be a bit challenging. Having some props nearby can help make the poses more accessible and comfortable. We’ll be in each pose for about 10 breaths. This class can be done at any time of the day, whenever you need to give your hips and lower body a little bit of TLC.
