Overview

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me on the mat today. Let me guide you through this 30 minute intermediate yoga class for balance & flexibility. This is a minimal cues practice which means I don’t talk very much throughout. I’ll only call out the names of the poses and we will be in each pose for 3-5 breaths.

Practicing without verbal instruction is a beautiful way to connect with yourself and minimize outside distractions. It can also be a good way to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone.

This class was inspired by something I read from the author Mary Davis, the quote was “The more grateful I am, the more beauty I see.” Perhaps you would like to reflect on this as you flow in (mostly) silence with me.
