Who needs a yoga mat when you’ve got a nice comfy bed! Before you go to sleep tonight, give yourself some time to stretch and relax. In this 30 minute yoga class I’ll take you through some nice full body stretches to get rid of aches and pains and alleviate stress.
This class is suitable for all levels and no props are required. If you find yourself wanting props, just use the pillows on your bed! We’ll begin with some seated yoga poses before lying down and stretching deeper into our hips and hamstrings. I’m only doing a short savasana in this class because I don’t want you to fall asleep and then get woken up by ads and following videos!
