Hey yogis, I’ve got a fun and powerful class for you this week! This is an intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class that will focus primarily on your core and lower body. You can expect to strengthen your legs, glutes and abdominals. This is a great class to do first thing in the morning and it also includes some breathing exercises (pranayama). Rest assured we won’t neglect the other parts of your body! We will still get into the shoulders and hips for a yummy flow. Have some props close by.
