Hi everyone, thank you for joining me on the mat! Today’s class is all about connecting to your core. Together we will strengthen and tone our abdominals while also working on our posture. This is a dynamic flow that will strengthen your entire mid section so instead of just focusing on your abs, we will also strengthen the hip flexors, glutes, back muscles and shoulders.
This is an 30 minute intermediate yoga class using one block. You can do this class without props so don’t stress if you don’t own a block.
Core work classes are wonderful ways to improve your posture, alleviate back pain, connect with your solar plexus chakra and work on building up internal heat. Enjoy!
