Hi everyone, thank you for joining me on the mat today. I created this class for those of you who spend most of your day on your feet. If you stand for most of the day, odds are you have some soreness and stiffness in your legs and feet.
This gentle 30 minute class will let you stretch through your hips, hamstrings, quads, calves and ankles for a total lower body release. This slow stretch is suitable for all experience levels and no props are required. We’ll spend most of the time either seated or reclined.
This yoga class is also great for those of you who are runners or have just done a particularly intense lower body workout! It can be done at any time of the day.
