Overview

Join me in this 35 minute slow flow yoga class which will help improve flexibility and mobility throughout your entire body. We’ll really emphasize stretching out your hips and hamstrings while also giving our upper body some TLC. This class is suitable for all levels and is a wonderful practice to do when you’re feeling tired and tense. I’m using a strap but rest assured it isn’t necessary, you can use your arms or simply substitute with a belt or a theraband.

While we go through this sequence, remember to breathe deeply and do your best to relax. We want this to be soothing for our nervous system so that we can relieve tension and stretch deeply. The poses will all be reclined or seated to promote rest and relaxation while also improving flexibility.
