Hi everyone, thank you for joining me! This week’s free online yoga class is an intermediate full body flow. It’s a well-rounded practice which will include a lot of twists, hip openers and backbends. There are some fun poses and transitions in this class that will challenge both your strength and flexibility.
Remember that challenges on the yoga mat are an invitation to connect deeper to yourself and find inner stillness even during external chaos. Stay grounded and connected with your breath and don’t push yourself too far.
I’ll be using a strap for a reclined leg stretch sequence at the end but you don’t need to have one so please don’t worry if you don’t own a strap, you can still do this class.
