Join guest teacher Madhura Bhagwat in this strong vinyasa flow practice with nadhi shodhana pranayama at the end of class. This is an invigorating class best suited for intermediate students with some challenging poses and transitions.

You’ll start by warming up on hands and knees before transitioning into some sun salutations to build up the heat. You can expect a mix of hip openers, balancing poses and inversions. You can expect a class that is creative, fluid and fun!
