Good morning, thank you for joining me 🙂 I you’re short on time but still want to stretch your body, this is a great class to do. This is a simple 5 minute beginner friendly yoga sequence that will open up your hips and stretch along your spine to relieve aches and pains from a long night’s rest. No props are required and this is wonderful for all experience levels.
I’ll take you through poses like child’s pose, low lunge, easy twist, balancing table top and forearm cat/cow. At the end of this class you should feel energized and much more comfortable in your body. Doing just a little bit of yoga every day can change your life, I promise!
