Hey everyone, this morning I’m going to take you through a quick and simple yoga sequence to energize and stretch your body. I know 5 minutes isn’t a lot of time but trust me, you’ll feel better by the end of it!
We’ll work on strengthening your back muscles, stretching your hamstrings and getting all essential spinal movements for a full body yummy flow. A little bit of yoga is better than none, so let’s get to it 🙂 No props needed and suitable for all levels.
