Hey everyone, I filmed this vlog at the end of June and thought you might enjoy spending the day with me! This was a pretty typical Friday. I filmed some classes outside, spent some time with Luna, checked in on my foster cats (they’ve all been adopted) and attempted to clean my yoga mat!
In the end my yoga mat wasn’t really salvageable, I got a new one. Oh well! I also harvested some lavender from my garden and edited some videos.
