Welcome to part of Day 11! Now that you’ve stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you’re ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.
Today’s challenge is based around the one-word intention: ACTIVATE
For me, this is the hardest challenge! You might find it really easy, we’ll see. Today, I want you to activate by SCREAMING! Scream as loud as you can and let emotion out! I find this easiest to do in my car with loud music on. You can do it in a pillow or the shower or in nature, whatever is best for you. Notice if any resistance comes up for you and embrace it.
