Welcome to part of Day 15! Now that you’ve stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you’re ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.
Today’s challenge is based around the one-word intention: GRATITUDE
This is a simple and straight forward one, I want you to make a gratitude list! Write down a minimum of 50 things you are grateful for and try to be as specific as possible. Let yourself simmer in the feeling of gratitude. I would love for you to share a part of, or all of, your list with us either here in the comments or in our Facebook group. I am grateful for YOU!
