Welcome to part of Day 19! Now that you’ve stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you’re ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.
Today’s challenge is based around the one-word intention: COMPASSION
In order to practice compassion for ourselves or others, let’s refrain from gossiping or passing judgement today! You may think you never gossip or judge, but if you observe your thoughts closely you might be surprised by your internal dialogue. If other people try to get you to gossip, remove yourself from the conversation or change the subject. It’s impossible not to make judgements as this is a survival instinct, but try and be mindful of your judgements and see if you can re-frame them.
