Let’s spread the love by sending 5 gratitude messages to 5 people in our lives! This is about connection and acknowledging the good around you. Send little gratitude notes to a few people who could use a boost and notice how it makes you feel. You can do this in person, by mailing physical letters or just sending a text or message through social media.
