Welcome to part of Day 21! Now that you’ve stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you’re ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.
Today’s challenge is based around the one-word intention: CURIOSITY
Let’s put on our chef’s hat and make a recipe that’s way out of our comfort zone! I want you to ideally cook and prepare something that you usually would shy away from. If cooking isn’t possible for you for whatever reason, you could also order in some food that you’ve never tried before and would normally never choose. If you do end up trying a new recipe, please share it with us by taking a photo and letting us know how it went! I love to broaden my horizons through cooking and hope you’ll enjoy this challenge as well.
