Welcome to part of Day 22! Now that you’ve stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you’re ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.
Today’s challenge is based around the one-word intention: ATTUNE
Let’s meditate! Ideally I’d like you to take 20 minutes to do a meditation. You can either do this as a silent meditation or a guided meditation. If you’re new to meditation you may also choose to break it up into two 10 minute guided meditations to make it a bit easier. Carve out time in your day for silence and stillness and notice how it makes you feel.
