Welcome to part of Day 23! Now that you’ve stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you’re ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.
Today’s challenge is based around the one-word intention: REFRAME
Grab some post-it notes and markers, we’re going to write down affirmations and tape them up on our mirror! Spend a few minutes looking at yourself in the mirror and write down 5 positive affirmations about who you are and what you love about yourself. Keep them visible and try to write down at least 5. These don’t need to be super complicated, an affirmation is simply a positive phrase in the present tense such as:
I love and accept myself exactly as I am
I have so much to offer
My confidence is growing day by day
